5/24/2020 · Replacing a Nest thermostat with a Honeywell T6 Pro Smart. It was the actual Nest unit that messed up (I switched it with the one I have upstairs and everything still worked fine when using that one). I wired everything on the Honeywell the same as was wired on the Nest . However, with the Honeywell whenever I set it to cool the heat comes on.
